Emergency Contact Information Management

The Contact profile now includes a dedicated section for storing Emergency contact information. Administrators have the ability to update this information for individual contacts using the interface, as well as perform bulk import or updates for multiple contacts' emergency contact details.

The Emergency Contact Information can now be synchronized with subscribers' Outlook, where it will be appended to the Contact Note section within Outlook. Additionally, the Emergency Contact Information can also be synced to subscribers' mobile devices, and it will be displayed on the Contact information screen within the mobile version.

Contact List Screen – Import emergency contact info .

Administrators have the ability to upload a CSV file containing the necessary information, including contact email addresses and emergency contact details. CorpSync will validate the email addresses and proceed to add new data or update existing information accordingly.

Clear instructions are displayed on the screen to guide administrators through the process. After uploading the file, administrators can review the list of contacts and their corresponding updates.

Contact Extension Attributes

When importing Contacts from Microsoft 365 into Corpsync, it is possible that these Contacts may have extension attributes. Microsoft offers a set of predefined extension attributes numbered from 1 to 15, which your organization can utilize as needed. With Corpsync, you have the capability to import these extension attributes when importing a group from Microsoft 365. Administrators can choose which specific attributes to import based on their requirements. The imported extension attributes will be displayed on the Corpsync web Contact Profile screen, and the corresponding information will also be synchronized to the Corpsync Mobile app only.

Settings

This feature is exclusively available to organizations that have integrated with Microsoft 365 and wish to utilize the MS365 group import functionality. Administrators have the authority to determine the specific extension attributes they want to import and synchronize with the Mobile app. They can also define appropriate captions or labels for these attributes to ensure accurate representation and understanding within the app.

Scheduled Updates for MS365 Photos

Corpsync offers the capability to schedule updates for Contact photos of imported contacts from Azure AD. Administrators have the flexibility to determine the desired frequency for these updates to occur. This allows for seamless and regular updates of Contact photos based on the chosen schedule.

Administrators also have the ability to update photos for any contact directly through the contact profile screen within the portal. When a photo update is made, it will be automatically pushed to Outlook or the Mobile app during the next scheduled update. This ensures that the latest photo is synchronized across all platforms and accessible to users.

Settings

Within the settings, there is a dedicated section where administrators can define the schedule for photo updates. This allows administrators to specify the frequency and timing of photo updates for contacts, providing flexibility in managing and maintaining up-to-date contact photos.

Note: The frequency of photo updates can be configured to occur on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis. The specific day for these updates is set to the first Sunday of the respective time period.

Administrators are required to flag the contact(s) that require photo updates. In the following section, you will learn more about the process and how to indicate which contacts should have their photos pushed during updates.

Introducing Force Push Contact Capability

In the event of a change in contact information, such as a contact photo or note update, the administrator has the ability to mark the contact(s) for immediate push to subscriber(s)' Outlook, bypassing the need to wait for the next scheduled push.
