New Features

Global Signature Feature

A new subscription-based global email signature service is now available. This feature allows administrators or signature managers to create and manage unified email signatures for designated recipient groups.

How to Use the Global Signature Feature:

Purchase the global signature subscription plan.

1. Navigate to the Global Signature section in the left-hand menu.
2. Add Template:

1. Choose from predefined templates.
2. Edit existing templates or create custom ones using the built-in HTML editor.
3. Alternatively, import a template from a Word document.

3. Assign Subscribers:

1. Navigate to the Subscribers section to assign users to the template.

1. The user can view the subscription limit along with the current count of subscribers as it will be displayed in the top-right corner.

Enhancements

Contact Groups Performance

• Dynamic List Optimization: Editing large dynamic contact lists (7,000+ contacts) now loads significantly faster, ensuring seamless management of large groups.

Mass Messaging Improvements

1. Licensing Information Section:
   • Displays current plan details, credits used, and any over-usage information.
2. Usage Report:
   • Provides a detailed breakdown of mass messaging usage over time.
3. Error Logs:
   • Includes a dedicated error log to inform users of any issues encountered during mass message processing.

Email Notifications for Incoming SMS Messages

• New Configuration: Administrators can now configure CorpSync to send email notifications upon receiving incoming SMS messages.

Enhanced Subscribers Grid 

• Improved Design: The grid's layout has been refined to enhance usability and provide a cleaner appearance.
• New Columns Added:
  • Job Title: Displays the subscriber's role within their organization.
  • City: Displays the subscriber's location, improving clarity when managing large groups.
• Streamlined Interface:
  • Removed individual push buttons under each subscriber to declutter the grid.
  • This change creates more space for additional columns, enhancing visibility and usability.

Bug Fixes

• Addressed several issues to improve system stability and enhance the user experience.
