CorpSync Release Notes - Version 2303.60.609.3


Summary: This release encompasses a variety of updates, incorporating new features, bug fixes, and improvements. Notable additions consist of the capability of the administrator to control the visibility and order of contact fields within CorpSync Mobile app.

Mass Messaging

 

Due to recent regulations, Application-to-person 10-digit local phone numbers are part of a broader know-your-customer effort to improve consumer trust and the ROI of business messaging. This requires a mandatory registration process to benefit from higher throughput, increased deliverability, and improved customer engagement. 

Because of the long waiting list and the lengthy process to register a local phone number, PaayaTech support worked with our provider to switch the SMS dedicated numbers for existing customers to Toll-free (1-8xx) numbers, which have shorter processing times and increase message delivery speed.  

Note: Until automating the Toll-free number registration, the sign-up for Mass Messaging plans or upgrading an existing one is locked down to PaayaTech support. Please send an email to support@paayatech.com for more details.

Mobile App Settings

Now, the administrator can control the following features on the Contact Profile page within the CorpSync Mobile App. 

  1. Visibility: Turn specific fields on/off 
  2. Caption: Change the caption of the fields ( e.g. Mobile No. vs. Cell Phone No.)
  3. Order: Move the contact field up / down. 



To Modify the contact profile within the Mobile App, please go to CorpSync Portal and Navigate to Settings > Mobile App Tab (see screen below) and modify the displayable fields:

If the company uses Azure AD integration and imports "Azure AD Extensions", the extensions are available on the mobile App contact profile to be displayed as a contact field.

Dynamic Contact Groups 

 

In our recent updates, we added a new expression operator, "Not Contains," to allow the administrator to exclude contacts with certain information ( e.g.  Job Title "Not Contains"  "Chief") as a wildcard.

CorpSync Mobile App 

A new version (2.1.8) of the CorpSync Mobile App is available on Apple and Google Stores. The following are changes on the new App : 

  1. Bug Fix: Filters don't keep the user selection ( Filter was working fine) 
  2. Enhancement: The contact profile has been redesigned to display contact fields based on the administrator's settings on the CorpSync portal (for the entire company). Also, if any contact field does not have value, the fields will not display (e.g. if Note is empty, it will not show the field at all). We also modify the screen to keep the contact picture, name and title visible when the user scrolls up.
