New Features & Enhancements
Matter Team Enhancements
- Automated Event Participant Addition:
- Docketing personnel can now automatically add a predefined group of users to an event, eliminating the need for manual selection.
- This feature is available in the Matter Dashboard.
- Added members are assigned read or read/write access based on configuration settings.
Email Integration via Graph API
- Sending emails can now be via Microsoft Graph API in addition to SMTP.
- Key Benefits of Graph API:
- Modern & Secure Technology: Provides better functionality and security compared to SMTP.
- Enhanced Email Capabilities: Offers more advanced and flexible email-sending options.
Azure AD User Information Retrieval
- Previously, MatterAlert was only connected to Active Directory (AD). Now, it is fully integrated with Azure AD.
- Key Benefits:
- User Management Sync: The user management list now syncs directly with Azure AD, ensuring accurate and up-to-date user data.
All-Day Event Setting
- A new configuration setting has been added to enable or disable automatic timeframes when creating events.
- Users can now choose whether an event defaults to a specific timeframe or automatically selects the "All-Day Event" option by default.
Matter Owner as Default Attendee – Customization
- A new configuration setting allows users to enable or disable automatic addition of the Matter Owner as an attendee when creating an event.
- If setting is enabled then by default, the Matter Owner will no longer be automatically added to events. However, users can manually include them if needed.
Bug Fixes
- Various stability and performance improvements to enhance system reliability.
