Summary

This release introduces new features, enhancements, and bug fixes to improve workflows and overall user experience.

New Features & Enhancements:

- Docketing Date Calculator

• With Date Calculator, docketing managers can easily calculate event dates based on a target date ad hock anywhere in the system:
  • Date Calculator is available in all dashboards.

• Use case sample for Date Calculator: 20 days or 6 months before a trial. Users can choose whether to count holidays in the calculation.

- Case Management

• Users can now create and manage multiple cases within a matter:
  • add attorneys, parties, dockets, and events directly into a case, 
  • in addition to importing from PACER (available in the previous release).

- Smarter Calendar with Case-Based Filtering

• The calendar now makes it easier to manage events by letting you filter based on the case. 
  • You can also search events by case and see case details right in the event title for quicker reference in Outlook.

- Party and Attorney Details in Matters

• You can now add more detailed information to a matter: 
  • parties and their attorneys
  • and you can link them together.
  • You can also add contacts related to each party, making it easier to keep track of everyone involved in a matter or a case.

- Bulk Reassignment of Appointment Attendees

• Users with full access to a matter can now reassign or add attendees to multiple appointments at once.
• Making it easier to manage scheduling updates across a matter.

Reassign button available in Calendar tab's List View      

• User need to select the items from the list, 
• Reassign button will pop up the window which let the user to either Add or Replace existing attendee 
• Also give option to send the 3rd person notification of this assignment 

Note: The Assignment will Only effects on  events in future. Means even if the user selects all events system will apply the New Attendee or change of Attendee only on future events 

- Improved Calendar Sharing with External Users

• Calendar invites are now directly sent to external users
  • Instead of sending events as file attachments, calendar invites are now sent directly to external users. 
  • They can simply click to add the event to their calendar.
  • Making scheduling easier and more seamless.

User can add an external person using the plus sign in aside the External Attendee in any Event 

• the User will be available in External Attendee drop down list 
• Can be selected and included to the event 
• the event will be sent as an invite to that person 
• removing the person from the attendee will also send cancelation of the event

- Event Calendars Brief Report 

• New report provides a summarized view of upcoming calendar events. 
  • All filters in Event report available 
  • The export PDF is summarised for quick overview 

- Platform & Technical Updates 

• General fixes and backend performance enhancements.
