Reports

MatterAlert has some standard reports that allow the administrator or docketing manager to filter, view, and export events/tasks across different matters. There are four standard reports as follows:

• Firm Legal Calendar: Displays all matter related events across different matters in each given month. The user can filter events by the matter owner, assignee, or tag, or search for any event with specific keywords. This is helpful as to see the “big picture” for each given month. 
• Events: Displays the list of events across different matters. The side filter allows the user to refine their search. The export button in the report tool bar allows the user to export the results to Excel or as a PDF, or other document formats available. 
• Tasks: Displays the list of tasks across different matters. Once again, the side filter allows the user to refine their search. The export tool bar again allows the user to export the results to Excel or as a PDF, or other document formats available. 
• Court Rule Changes: Only available for clients who have Court Rule API activated. This report will display a list of changes in Court Rules and is intended for the docketing manager, to allow them to adjust the events on affected matters. 

  Note: Personal events/tasks created by users (non-related matter events/tasks) are not included in the reports.
